These terms govern your use of LAPHO. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

About LAPHO

  • LAPHO ("we", "us", "our") is a marketplace operated by Forward Marketing, connecting independent, verified laptop sellers with buyers across India.
  • LAPHO facilitates discovery, ordering, and payment between buyers and sellers. Each laptop is sold and fulfilled by the individual seller listing it, not by LAPHO or Forward Marketing directly — sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling orders.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating a buyer or seller account. Accounts are secured with a one-time code sent to your email rather than a password.
  • You're responsible for keeping access to your registered email and phone number secure, since order and account communication is sent there.

Listings & pricing

  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings — condition, price, warranty, replacement window, and service support terms.
  • All prices are shown in INR (₹). LAPHO is not responsible for listing errors made by an individual seller, but will assist in resolving disputes raised in good faith.

Orders & payments

  • You can pay the full amount for a laptop, or pay a smaller advance to hold it and pay the balance later — see our Delivery Policy for details.
  • Seller store details (address, phone, map link) are shared with you only once payment is made, and your delivery details are shared with the seller at the same time.
  • Order cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy.

Replacement & warranty

  • Replacement windows, warranty terms, and service support are set per listing by the seller and shown on the product page. Full details are in our Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

  • Don't place fraudulent orders, misuse contact details shared with you after payment, or attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid its policies.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Liability

  • LAPHO acts as a marketplace facilitator between independent buyers and sellers. Disputes about product condition, delivery, or fulfillment are primarily between the buyer and the seller, though we'll assist in resolving them.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LAPHO after a change means you accept the updated terms.
