Delivery Policy
LAPHO is a marketplace—every laptop is sold and shipped by the verified store you purchase from, not by LAPHO directly. Here's how pickup and delivery work.
1. Choose how you pay
Pay the full amount for the laptop, or pay a smaller advance to hold it and pay the rest within 3 days — in the app or at the seller's shop.
2. Store details unlock
Once payment is made (the advance, or the full amount), the seller's store address, phone number, and map link become visible to you on your Orders page.
3. Pick up or get it delivered
After the order is fully paid, you can collect the laptop directly from the store within 2 hours, or arrange courier delivery — typically within 24 hours. Exact timing depends on the individual seller.
Advance payments and holds
If you pay the advance to hold a laptop, the unit is reserved for you until the hold expiry shown on your order. Pickup or delivery only happens once the remaining balance is paid — either through the app or in person at the seller's store.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free — we don't charge you anything for courier delivery on any order.
Delivery timelines
Delivery windows depend on your location and the individual seller. Check the seller's details on your Orders page after payment, or contact them directly for exact timing to your address.
